Rice Krispie Base
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
3 tbsp butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
Cheesecake FillingCheesecakes
16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
Topping (Optional)
Chocolate drizzle
Whipped cream
Extra cereal pieces

Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Make the Base
Melt butter and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in cereal. Press mixture into a greased springform pan. Let cool.
- Prepare Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Bake
Pour filling over base. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40–45 minutes until center is slightly set.
- Chill
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate & Serve
Add toppings before serving and slice with a warm knife.
