LEMON YOGURT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.

Add yogurt, milk, and lemon zest.

Stir together flour and baking powder.

Gently fold into the batter.

Pour evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.

Cool before slicing.
