Ingredients:

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 lb penne pasta

Preparation:

Cook the Pasta: Prepare according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
